Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required. Please email [email protected] or fax (805) 541-1931 your return request. 100% returns are permitted up to 90 days of invoice. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap. A $0.50 restocking fee is applied per unit.
Each shipment must include a copy of the invoice and the original order id number.
